We deliver technical and commercial advisory on client projects through providing multi disciplinary teams supported by our back-office engineers and mariners. Our teams support our clients on-site, fully integrated in the organization, or remotely.

Albatros Offshore Wind Farm
KONGSTEIN supported client SGRE during T&I and commissioning of the Albatros Offshore Wind Farm in the Offshore Transformer Module (OTM) package. Responsibilities included T&I solutions for the OTM, documentation review and comments for MWS, certification with BSH, provision of client representatives, planning and implementing a jack-up vessel as offshore accommodation, offshore works coordination, marine logistics management, and offshore commissioning management of the OTM.

Tender Management for Bid to Dutch Government
A North European multinational power company took part in an offshore wind tender process towards the Dutch Government. KONGSTEIN supported as Technical Lead for Foundation Installation Package, as well as further project engineers supporting across all installation packages. Our scope including preparation of PQQ and ITT documentation for T&I bidders, review and validation of engineering documents relevant for component transport, lift and installation, evaluation of incoming bids, technical clarifications and negotiations with preferred suppliers.

Kriegers Flak Offshore Wind Farm
Kriegers Flak is a proposed 600 MW offshore wind farm in the Baltic Sea, a few kilometers from the German offshore wind farm Baltic 2. For Kriegers Flak offshore wind farm, KONGSTEIN provides WTG Engineering services from manufacturing until final hand-over to operations unit.
