Project and Risk Management

The what. Our project management capabilities have been demonstated in various contexts and stages of large-scale projects such as early-stage tender management for shipyards and renewables developers. We deliver services ranging from contract management to conducting comprehensive campaigns for clients, such as the planning and execution of major component exchanges, unexpected event management and technical evaluation.

The how. We support you with embedded specialists to your project team. They will typically be assigned for the time span of the project and work at the client´s premises. Alternatively, our marine consultancy will take on the outsourced task from the client , whilst maintaining direct reporting lines on various levels.

Nordsee One Offshore Wind

  • We were awarded the advisory and consulting contract for Senvion’s Onshore Project Management and Offshore Site Management. The scope of work included marine coordinating on the SOV to ensure 24/7 operations. Over a period of 11 months we built up a trustful relationship with our client, and the excellent cooperation between the involved specialists was key to the project’s overall success.

DP2 Jack-up rig Refit

  • Our naval architects were instrumental for upgrading of DP2 jack-up rig at Sembawang Shipyard/Singapore. Project comprised extension of accommodation facilities and gangway arrangement.

DanTysk Offshore Wind

  • All marine operation activities required for the 80 x 3.6 MW SWT DanTysk project were planned, negotiated and successfully executed. Lessons learnt have been transferred and implemented in all of Vattenfall’s consecutive wind farm projects.
