Marketing Manager

The Role

As a Marketing Manager, your focus will be on presenting KONGSTEIN in the best possible way
to external stakeholder, while keeping up with internal and external developments,
innovations and pricing of services. You will closely cooperate with the Business Development
team in Norway and Germany to successfully present KONGSTEIN, extend its network and
generate new, promising leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing concepts for the company to increase knowledge about
    KONGSTEIN, its products, services and its mission.
  • Implement engaging marketing campaigns from ideation to execution
  • Produce valuable and engaging content that attracts our target clients
  • Create marketing material (from website content, social media posts and banners to
    hard copy brochures, white papers and case studies)
  • Create and manage press release process
  • Steer the preparation and return of client satisfactory surveys and its internal and
    external usage.
  • Suggest, prepare and monitor the Events budget and
  • Take ownership of managing Events (physical and digital)
  • Assist and advise tender teams in writing and producing content
  • Ensure adherence to official GDPR guidelines

The ideal candidate has/ is

  • A university degree in marketing or a related field or being in the last semesters of the
    study.
  • Ability to create and manage SEO/SEM and set up and optimize digital campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills, data-driven thinking and solid knowledge of website analytics
    tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Knowledge about the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and
    measurement
  • An understanding of major commercial event planning and how to leverage our
    presence to build brand awareness
  • Can fluently apply business English (written and verbal) and an additional further
    language(s); preferable German, Norwegian, Dutch, Spanish, French or Portuguese;
  • interested in renewable solutions for the offshore industry;
  • highly motivated to work in a growing company;
  • Willingness to gain experience from global corporations with a wide set of internal and
    external stakeholders
  • Willingness to feel part of an enthusiastic multi-national team
  • Willingness to learn and follow GDPR guidelines
