After providing successful T&I Management Solutions for the Offshore Transformer Module (OTM) Transport and Installation Campaign, KONGSTEIN will continue to support Siemens Gamesa as Commissioning Management Provider for the Offshore Windfarm Project Albatros.

Offshore Transformer Module – Transport & Installation Campaign

The topside of the Offshore Transformer Module (OTM) of the windfarm EnBW Albatros was installed in the evening of 26 March 2019. The Heavy Lift Jack-Up Vessel (HLJV) Pacific Osprey loaded the Topside in Rotterdam and upon arriving in the construction area, the HLJV Innovation lifted the topside onto the foundation (monopile and transition piece). The jack-up vessel Seafox2 was mobilized and established alongside the OTM to assist as offshore accommodation and logistics hub during the commissioning phase.
