Bergen. Breskens. Beyond.

The what. We supply highly qualified Norwegian, German and North American master mariners / DP2 operators with all credentials required for the support of offshore operations in renewables. Recent assignments included client representation at a wind farm installation, preparation of the tow-out of the floating turbine HYWIND, and planning and positioning of converter platforms. In addition, we are able to provide full ship management services for specialized vessels. Our proprietary software solutions support technical and commercial management as well as crewing and HSQE.

The how. Our Marine Operations Department is staffed by our subsidiary KONGSTEIN Maritime Partners oHG, a joint company with Offcon GmbH. Both companies are located in Kappeln, north of Hamburg. Typically, teams are at disposal for longer running projects, however, special assignments (surveys, client representation) can be managed at short notice.

  • A Towmaster surveyed the tow-out concept and subsequent operations. Located at Stord, Norway he acted as the hub for the project team during preparations for the marine spread.

BorWin beta / HelWin
alpha platform

  • With the provision of tugs and master mariners/personnel we supported and were involved in the pre-positioning concept for jackets for the subsequent loading out of the platform deck. Moreover we consulted the client during the execution of the project until demobilization.

Noise Mitigation during piling operation

  • We supervised the mobilization, upgrading and operation of an AHTS for a noise mitigation campaign at DanTysk. It required orchestration of engineering, procurement, and crewing as well as providing full logistical support during the entire project.
